  • UAIM Commences First Lesson of Sahih al-Bukhari

The United Arakan Institute of Malaysia (UAIM) marked a significant milestone in its Islamic studies program with the commencement of the first lesson of Sahih al-Bukhari, one of the most authentic collections of Hadith in Islam.

The opening session was held in the presence of teachers, students, and respected guests, who gathered with reverence and eagerness to participate in this momentous beginning. The honored instructor began the dars (lesson) with the traditional hadith “Innamal A’maalu bin Niyyat” – emphasizing the importance of sincerity in seeking knowledge.

Students were deeply engaged as the meanings and wisdoms behind the narrations were explained in detail, linking classical Islamic knowledge with contemporary understanding. The session also highlighted the significance of Hadith sciences and the role they play in shaping the foundation of Islamic belief and practice.

Speaking at the event, the lead Ustadh remarked, “Starting Bukhari Sharif is not just the beginning of a book—it’s the opening of a spiritual journey filled with insight, discipline, and responsibility.”

This program is part of UAIM’s larger effort to strengthen Islamic scholarship among Rohingya youth and to build future leaders grounded in ilm (knowledge) and akhlaq (ethics).

Classes will continue weekly, and students are encouraged to maintain consistency, discipline, and strong intention throughout the course.

📖 May Allah make this effort a source of benefit for the Ummah and a means of barakah for all involved.
