Eid Joy. Winter Warmth. Everyday Dignity.

For most of us, clothes are a basic necessity. But for countless refugee families in Myanmar, Bangladesh, and Malaysia, clean, warm, or festive clothing is a rare luxury.
During Eid al-Fitr and Eid al-Adha, children often look on as others celebrate—without new clothes to wear, feeling left out of the joy they deserve.

During the cold season in Myanmar and Bangladesh, many children and elderly face harsh nights without warm clothes or blankets, risking illness and discomfort.

What UAIM Is Doing

As part of our ongoing Social Welfare Project, United Arakan Institute Malaysia (UAIM) has been actively distributing:

• Eid clothes to children and families, so they too can celebrate with joy and dignity
• Warm clothes and blankets during winter to protect the vulnerable from the cold

With your generous support, over 1,000 families have received clothing aid since our project began. Your kindness has brought warmth, smiles, and renewed hope to those who need it most.

“Whoever clothes a fellow Muslim, Allah will clothe him from the green garments of Paradise.”
